Jeff Gulick, B.A.H., CCAC

Jeff is a Canadian Certified Addictions Counsellor and a member of the Canadian Addiction Counsellors Federation. Jeff holds a Trauma and Addiction Certificate from Algonquin College, a B.A. in Sociology and an Honours B.A. in Psychology from Carleton University. Jeff has worked in a residential treatment setting and has worked extensively with individuals who have been exposed to trauma and violence.  Jeff's past experience allows him to understand the intricacies and challenges encountered by first responders, which can result in Operational Stress Injury.  ​

Jeff adopts the belief that addiction does not exist in isolation and effective therapy should reflect individual needs. Behavioural change is only part of the recovery process. Addiction counselling should include exploring and understanding the principle causes of addiction.
